configuring email notification to all the users

Is it possible to send force alerts/notification of Confluence Page updates, as and when required by a team to the employees companywide?

If the confluence page is open to all the employees and in this case can we send email notifications to all the employees if there is any update on the confluence page?

For example, whoever works on the page you created, you will be getting notification through outlook saying a user updated something on the page and these are the updates.

Hello @Bhavani Akula ,

well you can manage watchers of page by clicking Watch / Watching in the right top corner and then going to Manage Watchers. There you can add users by yourself which should be notified about any changes.

I am not sure if there is a possibility to add more users at once though.

@Bhavani Akula Unfortunately it seems there is not easy option to do this - there was a feature request for this, but seems Atlassian will not be adding that in the future, see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-20118 .

Seems there are a plugins, which can do this though, for example this one: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213952/better-blogs-for-confluence?hosting=server&tab=overview
