I read in a document that i need to do the two action : but i t doesnt work with me . when i access as anonymos i can not create issue.

Did you edit fields that require more permissions, like due date or attachments?
Then you will have to add anyone to that permission also.
Did you check if you can create an issue with a summary only (if there are no other required fields)?

To allow anonymous users to create an issue in the project you need to set the permission scheme .
In Permission scheme set Browse Project Permission and Create issue permission to Anyone.
(Go to Project Permission scheme --> Actions--> Edit Permission --> select Browse/ Create issue --> Edit --> Granted to (select Group --> Anyone)

Hi @PADMA KOTHAKOTA i did this , but as you see in my question an error appear in the picture . What is the problem so ? Blocked situation.
Im using Jira software not Jira service desk .

For this project, you have not granted "create issue" to the group "anyone"
I'd strongly recommend that you don't do this though - you won't know who is creating issues and if your system is on the internet, it WILL be attacked.
