im unable to raise request through Customer Portal

sync Users from AD into Jira. Users manage to login but cannot raise requests

manage to figure it out. 

Customer Portal is accessed through a separate link.

To access your customer portal, click Customer channels in the project sidebar, then the link Visit the portal.
