I would like to know if it is possible to exchange the email that receives the requests for an email from the company
Hello @aleff.silva,
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
When using Jira Service Management, it’s possible to add a custom email to receive requests via email.
If you go to Project settings > Email requests (Classic project) or Project settings > Channels > Email (Next-gen project) you will see the option to “Connect a custom email account”.
For more details, please check the documentation below:
If you have any other questions regarding this matter, please let us know.
Kind regards,
Angélica

Hi Aleff,
You need to talk to the IT department for them to check if the IMAP/POP port is open and they are the ones that can confirm the details you need such as mail server, protocol, and port.
||Service||Port Number||
|IMAP (non-secure)|143|
|IMAP (secure)|993|
|POP (non-secure)|110|
|POP (secure)|995|
