are you using a brand new email address for the new project? If the emails has emails in it then it will fail as the error indicates. JSD checks for this to protect against associating an email that might have thousands of emails which would result in 1000s of issues being created. Try logging into the email and checking the inbox.

Yes i am using a brand new email address.

what version are you on? I found this bug fixed in 3.13.1 - JSDSERVER-5778

Try logging into the email and checking the inbox.?

Do you mean inbox email of the first JSD project? Or second JSD Project? I have check Both, they're all empty.

FWIW, i would not accept this as an answer. If you get something back from Support and/or find the cause, please post as an answer and accept that. In this way future searches might be helped.

Hi Jack,

Sorry i have give you wrong JSD Version. The Correct one is : JIRA Service Desk 3.13.0. Is it still related with the BUGS?

i would guess so based upon the noted fix version of 3.13.1. I recommend upgrading.

Mursahid April 1, 2019

I've check Version history of jira. And it surprice me that my Jira version is too old.

3.13.0 vs 4.0.2. Can i jump upgrade to directly version 4.0.2
