@sonbir kumar You can use Jira Cloud's built-in automation to copy values from one field to another using smart values.

Once you have selected your trigger (e.g. When an issue is created) if you use the Edit Issues action then select the Summary field, you can use smart values to enter field data into the Summary.

I'd start by taking a look at this link which runs through some of the basic smart values you can use, but there are way more out there relating to dates, names, users, lists, text etc.
