send direct Slack message from confluence space?

hi, i am doing a confluence space home page for my team and we have a section where i will list down all my members, i was wondering if there is such function which i click on member's name of profile image in the confluence page then it will launch my Slack and open the direct message window to reach that member? i cant seem to find such function or macro, is that possible?
