well I checked status.atlassian.com and don't seen any reported issues for JSM. If you are still seeing this be sure to check multiple browsers (don't suspect this is the issue though) and then reach out to Atlassian Support.

i suspect there is something not right w/ your account or billing. Did you open the ticket as a high priority?

I checked w/ some Atlassian colleagues and they confirmed my suspicion that you had a trial that has expired. Atlassian Support will ultimately get back with you on this.

Hello Jack, they came back to me, the credit card was no more valid and now i am unable to update it.
i contacted the support hours ago and still no response. Ive got no email informing me that the credit card expires.
in the admin the is only following:
Account deactivated, if you wish to activate contact us.
we are paying customer for 3 years.
contact takes ages and we can just do nothing, why its not possible to update the credit card data online and get it running....
