I always have a first line with —-—-—-—   in customer notification

How to remove it

There is currently no way to remove it. Go is a suggested change request for it to vote it up go to:

•  JSDCLOUD-5008  If you are running on the Cloud
• JSDSERVER-5008 If you are runnig on Server

A simple way to remove is to hide it using CSS as follow:

.jsd-reply-marker {
    display:none;
}
