Report in real time to see which agents are logged in Jira SD

Radosveta Delcheva June 19, 2018

Dear all,

is there an Add-on, integration with another system or any other possibility, report in real-time to see which agents are logged in the system? I mean in Jira SD or this is impossible? We have agents, who work only in Jira SD and does not use phone system, but we would like to see how many of them and when have we available. Thank you in advance!

Kind regards

Radosveta

@Radosveta Delcheva we just launched a new addon that shows in real-time who is viewing what ticket. You can add a gadget to a dashboard that will show you active and recent visitors.

Dear George, thank you very much , the idea seems to be great only the issue is that there is version of the Add-on only for Cloud, and what I need is for server, are there any plans to extend that to server or not?

I am sure it will be perfect for the users in the Cloud.

Thank you in advance!

Kind regards

Radosveta, as I mentioned we just launched. Of course, over time there will be a server version. Move to Cloud ;)

Thanks George, unfortunately moving to Cloud is not possible every time, but as I've said it is an amazing idea and if it will be extended for server and /or data center would be great :)

Have a nice evening!

I don’t know of anyway to do this but maybe there is. However, just because someone is logged in doesn’t mean they are active. I never log out.

Hi Jack, thank you.

You are right, but I am curious is there any possibility to track that out of the box or with some add-on. And in case there is - you can add a process when to be logged and to log out when not working.

Kind regards

Thank you very much, I will have closer look at this, but looks like a solution.
