When managing a ticket in the "Demo service desk" there's an attribute on the sidebar that lets you log the amount of time you've spent on an issue:  https://share.getcloudapp.com/v1ue9WPJ

Is there a way to report on this attribute?  I couldn't find a way but may be looking in the wrong places.  We'd like to generate reports that answer these questions:

- In the last month, Agent (X) spent (Y) hours with Customer (Z)
- In the lats month, we spent (Y) hours on Customer (Z)

Any thoughts appreciated!

Hi Dylan,

You can add this field as a column in the issue search window and after that, you can generate reports.

Time spent next gen.png

In the last month, Agent (X) spent (Y) hours with Customer (Z)

This can be achieved by a JQL query, however, for your second query you can generate the report like this and after that, you can easily calculate it in Excel.

Before any addon, I suggest trying out the out-of-the-box solution for this. If this is not enough I'm sure people can help you out about an addon.

Cheers,

Gökçe
