we would like to have the actual resolution time exported, currently we are able to see this if we hover the time to resolution column, as shown in the print screen. Anyone know how to do this?

Hi,

This is not something that you can do from the issue navigator in Jira at present.

However if you go into the project specific reporting, there are reports that contain this information.  See Setting up service desk reports.  What's more, you can actually use the CSV export option that exists on this report page to extract that SLA data.   Granted this data is not showing you individual issue SLA information, and perhaps that is what you specifically want here.  But instead this showing you a series of data (jql filter) over a predefined period of 48 hours, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, etc.

Maybe this can help provide what you are looking for here.

I don't think it's possible as a default in Jira, but you can always use an Add-on for that. For instance the SLA PowerBox.
