Hi guys,I recently installed a fresh Jira Service Desk solution, but when I create a new IT Project and enter to configuration -> Request Types it's never load, only a spin load icon but nothing to show me.
Any clues?

Have you tried different browsers?
Can you also check the Network tab in Developer tools - any failed requests?
Can you also check the Console tab in Developer tools - any notable errors there?
Some weird happen, sometimes when I do click on another config options like Issue types, SLA etc and back to Requests Types him show me it, sometimes not load Email Request page...
Is crazy thing.
