I am going to assume you are looking for advice on learning about Atlassian products and practices, is that correct? 

If so, there is a plethora of information provided by Atlassian to help you get started. 

If you would like to get started using a product, may I suggest using the getting started guides for each product. Pick your Atlassian product and follow the guides.

You can even dive into learning and certification relating to product specific best practices through the Atlassian University. 

Gain insights thought the Atlassian Work Life blog. There interesting articles to read coming out regularly.
