Hello Team,
While we are trying to search KB in service desk portal which linked with Confluence space. we can only get 3 KBs. but in confluence, there are more than 3 KB with the key word. Is there any configuration point of this.

really big disadvantage....I agree.... both in Cloud and in Server version. I've created a main category page which includes the links to the other related articles and that one should pop up first... very bad workaround. @Ryan,Did you figure out in the meantime how to set it up on your end? Thanks

At this time due to the space allotted on the Service desk, the results are limited to 3.
There's a feature request below that asks to be able to configure that number.
I encourage you to vote on that request and comment there with your usage case. Please feel free to watch the ticket as well in order to receive updates in the future.
