Service Desk - Service Request Type Custom Icon Specs

Hello all!

I wanted to upload custom icons for the service request types I have in service desk/help center but I could not find specs anywhere.

Does anyone know size, file type recommendations?

Hi Lubna,

only JPEG, PNG a GIF files are allowed. The maximum allowed image size is 2000px * 2000px.

@Lubna Hameed - regarding size recommendations, I would upload a square image no larger than 48 x 48 pixels.

(48 x 48 pixels is what custom image uploads are resized to customizing request type icons.)

For those using Jira Service Management for Data Center, this restriction also applies.
