When configuring the web portal is there a way to get line breaks inthe field help text? I'd like to provide a bulletted list of things for people to consider putting in the description when raising incidents, and I can't see a way to do this.

Newlines are OK, but others markups (* for bloding, h1. for heading) is not working. Is there any solution for that?
