We are a small development group and have a few service desk licenses. If we have some of the service desk agents on vacation or out of the office - can you reassign the agent license to someone else? Do they have floating licenses? Just trying to sort out how to ensure coverage when we have limited licenses and need to get other developers to support- Thanks

2. Yes, you can reassign license, but then you need to reassign it back once person is getting back
You do that by changing users in group(s) which are assigned to Application access

The agents aren't licenses exactly. Rather they are permission schemes. So if you want you can remove a user's agent access and give another user access and then switch back. With that said I'm on cloud so if you are on server it may be different.
