Hello everyone, we are wondering if there is a way to enable the comment box of jira service desk into a normal jira software, with the two tabs to comment internal or external.

Can i add another button to the comment section like in the picture? I know i will have to code something.

You can use the ScriptRunner add-on to add a button using the web-fragments. That is the best I can think of.

unfortunately I don't think so.
for Jira service desk there is the notion of customer/agent that doesn't exist in Jira software.
what you can do is restrict the comment to a certain role or group
