We receive issues from reporters from various domains.
We have field called Company and need to create an automation that sets the this field to a value based on their domain when the issue is created.
For example if their domain is @[deleted].com then the Company field would be set to ABC.
Any help is appreciated.

I'm afraid this won't work with automation because of its limitations.
You can't run groovy scripts or do a lookup on domain.
I think the best way to do this would be to run a groovy script with scriptrunner on the create transition of the workflow that copies the values of the users email address from after the @ till before the .
