Set the start date of a week in JIRA calendar

Dear Specialist

As we are Chinese users  of JIRA Service Desk, so we trying to search issue by filter created>=startOfWeek, it always starts on the Sunday of a week. We would like the filter starts a week on Monday. 

Could you please kindly check and help confirm if we had any settings to change the calendar setting of JIRA Service Desk?

Unfortunately we dont have calender setting yet.but u can use jql for specific date
