Setting up queue to filter by alias email

Hello,

Because you cant tie 2 emails to one project,  I understand that you can create an alias for the 2nd email so it does filter into one project.  What we are trying to do is create a queue where it filters by that 2nd alias email and drops the ticket into that queue.

I read that the alias email will be associated with the request participants field,  but I cant figure out how to configure this filter when creating the queue.  Below is a snippet of what I see when trying to filter.  I don't know how to add the email I want to this filter for request participants.  Anyone have any suggestions?

Have you clicked the "all" dropdown next to request participants? It may make you switch to advanced search.

You might try using the regular search function first to see if you can create a filter that gets you what you want, then you can use the information from the advanced search there to create your queue.
