In Jira Service desk when opening a service request, I would like to share the ticket with a colleague other then the one who is working on it or I would like to send it to myseleves.
To do so, I click on share and then I will be able to select a mailadres and mention a message. Then I click on the button send but the mail is never received. What is going wrong here? Other mails are reveived from the application, fe when a new request is posted.
