I have set up integration with Slack using Automation for JIRA but I'm unable to find a way how both customer and service desk agent public comments could show up in the Slack channel. When using compare condition functionality and defining value {{comment.properties."sd.public.comment".internal}} to be false, only service desk agent public comments are showing up (which is good) in the Slack channel, but customer comments are left out.

You can achieve this by checking the smart value {{comment.internal}} does not equal true.
