Hello,
I have one question, but first I would like to describe how we work.
OUR WORK:
When a new employee comes, our personal Dept creates a new ticket and write there, what of the following items the new worker needs.
Let’s say
If he needs all three items, we create the three new Sub-Tasks, which are made by three different teams.
Let’s say
If he needs only two items, we create the two new Sub-Tasks, which are made by two different teams.
Let’s say
QUESTION:
We would like to make in the ticket template a checklist for the personal Dept to choose the items necessary.
After that, the chosen Sub-Tasks should be automatically created and advised to the proper Teams.
How can we do that?
Hi @Leo Epstein
I have a different suggestion for you
Automation for Jira is now part of the Jira products now
You can find docs
And I saw an example of sub-tasks creation here:
https://docs.automationforjira.com/rule-playground/
Im not the expert in automation to help you with your details, but this is an start, i guess.

Hi @Leo Epstein ,
We can achieve your requirement using Bobswift's Create on Transition for Jira.
It works as shown in the sample screenshot.
Create multiple subtasks on a post-function as per your requirement, and then depending on the number of custom field values selected, subtasks will be created once the transition is done. Like if the values were selected as
then two subtasks will be created and assigned to the mentioned users. If you face any issue or if you have any questions you can contact Bobswifts Support channel through https://bobswift.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
Thanks,
Ravya
