Support For scan assets by Insight Discovery

Dear support!

Currently we are trying to scan assets with Insight Discovery but only get information of hostname, ip address. Information such as OS, CPU, Application,.. on the hosts is not obtained. Could you please help us how to get complete information on hosts when scanning by Insight Discovery?

Hi Koha.

     In order to get deeper into Hosts, and use the Discovery Patterns to collect the information you are lacking - you should provide the Discovery Tool sufficient Credentials to log into the Hosts.

Without Credentials, you will only be able to get basic information on Hosts - and you will have the status: "Rejected" indicated on your Host Objects, as seen in your screenshot.
