This service desk project has configuration problems and may not work as expected.

How do i turn off this notification?

My solution:

1. Reset permissions

2. Make two new project roles for customers and agents, fill them with users.

3. Clear default project roles (service desk team and service desk customers).

4. Setup permissions for new project roles.

Hi @Николай Петроф 

Are you able to address the configuration problem(s) that are generating the error? I could be more helpful to know what those are and we could then possibly provide some more advice.

The message should only be seen once by each and then dismissed. For example in our organisation we don't allow normal users to be able to delete issues (on Jira Admins) however for service desk projects our admins see this error since the deletion of issues permission is restricted. Once they dismiss the message they no longer see the error.

I have admin rights and see this message after every refresh queues page.

We have not ordinary permission scheme for our it service.

Details:
The permission configuration for the Customer Portal is invalid. The Service Desk Customers role is assigned to:
Create Attachments
Edit Own Comments
Add Comments
View Voters and Watchers
Schedule Issues
Link Issues
Create Issues
Close Issues
View Read-Only Workflow
Service Desk Agent
Browse Projects

The Service Desk Team role is missing recommended permissions:
Delete Issues
Delete Own Comments
Edit All Comments
Delete All Attachments
Delete All Comments
