For some reason It's impossible to access our customer portal or to customise it. https://jira.gardias.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/98
Any ideas?

Thanks for your question.
You may not have the right configuration setup for your Jira Administrators to access your Customer Portals. See Project Settings | Customer Permissions to control the level of access to your portals.
However, you may be affected by this bug raised in Atlassian Community, where in certain conditions your Jira Administrators cannot access the Customer Portal for a project.
