Hi team,
unfortunately i am unable to assign a License / ServiceDesk access to a user. Users are added to Servicedesk via Active Directory.
When assigning a license i receive an internal Server error.
Can you please help?
Have you tried creating the group in Active Directory and adding the user a member of the group there? Then in Jira, on the application access page, you can add that group to the ServiceDesk application access.
