Unable to assign tickets to one of the team members who have the same permissions as other users whom I am able to assign tickets.

@Vishu Rahar - try Jira's permission helper. It's your best friend:

  1. Open issue ASD-23
  2. Tap G-G your keyboard
  3. Search for "Permissions helper"
  4. For user, put in amit.mishra
  5. For permission, select "Assignable User"

"The user must have a Jira Service Desk license and Service Desk Agent permission on this project"
