Under SLA Metric Not Found Condition of such "Waiting for..."

Hi,

Following tutorial https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/example-creating-an-sla-with-multiple-cycles-732528990.html, at metric conditions (e.g., Start, Stop) not able to find these statuses:

Waiting for support

Waiting for customer

 

May I know what is needed to enable these statuses to show up for SLA Metric conditions?

Found these statuses at Jira --> Settings --> Issues --> Statuses, but no configurable that found here able to resolve above issue.

Hi Chew,

The available statuses depend on the statuses which are available in the specific project workflow. If your workflows used in the said project does not have the statuses, then the status would not be available to select.

If you need the status to be available in the SLA config, it must first exist in your workflows used by the project.
