I am looking for a way to report on the top 5 labels that our service desk technicians are using the most. I have tried it a few different ways using gadgets but i cant seem to get it to work correctly. Has anyone else tried this before and gotten it to work successfully? or does anyone know of an add on that increases the reporting power for labels?

Also is there a way to report on different labels but based on which component was selected?

@Josh Ansnes , for this

Also is there a way to report on different labels but based on which component was selected?

Take a look at the two dimensional filter gadget.

As a rule of thumb. Always assume you need to start with a custom filter :)

Hi Josh,

did you tried to set up Pie chart gadget on your Dashboard?Screenshot 2019-11-10 at 16.30.34.png

You can specify your project or JQL and then in Statistics type you select Labels to group data by them. You can set if you want the graph to be refreshed every 15 mins or just on page refresh (I think that page refresh might be enough).

I got something like this:

There is also Labels gadget but it just shows names of labels in a specific project so I guess that's not going to help you much :/
