Where can I change the request settings

Hello,

I go to the customer inquiries in the servicedesk (Where customers can communicate their inquiries) and to "My inquiries".
Where can I configure the filters?
With the add-on "Theme Extension" I can only change the page where customers report their requests but not the overview of the requests.
