My search skills might not be up to scratch so apologies if this answer already exists. I would like Service Desk to display a message to the user when choosing a specific value in a Select List field in the Create a ticket screen.
Is this possible with/without add-ons?
There is no outofthebox functionality for that case.
But it can be achieved with plugins like Adaptivist Scriprunner Behaviours
not natively but you can certain tie in an SMS gateway. You can also have a look at Notification for Jira. I have not used so can't speak to it directly.
