Can not create Email request. No changes were recently done.

Summary and Field Type are the only Required fields for Project.

What else do we need to check?

Hi @ok ,

On the Request type that you linked to the email handler, what fields are on there?

You need to have Summary and Description on it and also no other fields can be mandatory on that Request type.

An email will just map the subject to the summary and the body to the description. If you have any other fields mandatory on that request type it will fail.
