The selected default user is not able to run automation rules.
Mr xxx left our company, but some automation rules are connected to his account.
Can we change this into another account?

In Project Settings > Automation there is a _Change default event user_ link that will let you change the user. Check with the plugin vendor documentation if the automation rules are not Jira Service Desk native. Cheers!
