I have an SLA where the standard working time is 9-5. But for 3 weeks per year this time is not the standard 9-5 but 9 - 21:00.

Is there a way to ad this to the SLA?

Hi Andries,

Just to chime in to what David said, you can do this in your SLA by using some jql.  In the Issues (JQL), just put something like Created >= startofyour period and created <= endof your period, use the goal and set the calendar to your 9-21:00.   Put that at the top.  Then the next issues put your regular calendar in.

That should work fine

Hi Andries,

this can be done quite easily. Just configure a second calendar with the different working time.
Then you can either switch the calendar within the same SLA during those three weeks or you create a exact copy of your SLA and use this instead of or in additon to your regular SLA during the three weeks.
