Hello Seydina,

Welcome to the community.

The first layer of the customer portal is the Help Center, which will show links/tiles for the portals leading to individual service desk projects. You should be able to access the Help Center for your system using a URL like this:

http://<yourJIRAserverName>/servicedesk/customer/portals
