Dear Team,

I've spent about 10 Hours now to get Jira Service Desk working. Unfortunately ingoming Emails doesnt work at all. The email connection works. I've tried to receive mails via pop3 and imap. Nothing works.

Have tried to read everything provided documentation, tutorials, forums and so on. Please help.

That is basic of the basics an ticket system should do!

Hi Christian,

is there any error related to incoming mail visible from the logs? In case you could provide any more details it might be possible to go deeper with advise.

Please also find here further documentation on troubleshooting incoming mail.

In case the server where the mails are to be fetched is under your control having a look into its logfiles could also be a first approach when doing further debug next.

While I understand how frustrating it is not to receive the mails without further details on the setup - as well as contents of log files - it might be hard for community members to catch up.
