can customer export there issue in excel from customer portal .

Not sure if I read it correctly - if you are asking for a customer... The answer is very limited, only what is visible on the screen.
But not from the Customer Portal directly.
As an agent or administrator one can use filters to show all requests (issues logged) for a period or all time and bulk export to Excel CSV, XML, RSS, Word, and HTML.
To do this simply open Jira Service Desk and from the sidebar click on the search icon, at the bottom of the sidebar page you'll see Filters, which opens up the filters page and here you can create a custom filter by either using the basic filter creator or JQL.
