Most of the people at our company access our project through the Help Center! We aliased the link so it's easier to remember, which is nice.
Other organizations I work with primarily access the service project by sending in an email request. It's a hard lift transitioning users away from this behavior towards a more optimal help center, portal-centric approach, so I have to keep reminding users of the long term benefits.
