how to add attachment field in customer channel portal ?

i wanna add attachment field in this section. can do you teach me how to do that ?

nevermind, i've got the answer. 

 

project settings -> "your request type custom" -> edit fields -> add field -> checklist attachment -> click apply

I am running JSD version 4.10.

You can add an attachment option to the customer portal but opening your JSD project settings and select Request type for your portal.  Next to the request type there is a edit field option.  Select edit field and you can select the attachment field.  Make sure it is not marked to hide.
