Hi @AlL,
In our Customer Portal "All request" function not showing all requests which are raised in the project.
we have set the filter to all request type, requests raised by any user, any status.
then it shows that "No request where find"
but in our project, there are 40+ request raised.
We want to show all the request to all portal user is there any solution to this?
I've encountered this issue a couple of times, but it was an issue with user sync.
AD synced groups are configured for application access in our case. Resyncing (removing user and adding into a licensed group again) fixed this.
Try if you can add the user (reporter) as a watcher in Service Desk project view for the issue.
In theory it should validate if is permitted or not, which could point if the issue is same as what we had.
@Gezim Shehu [Communardo] I want that all raised request should be displayed to all service desk customer not only to the reporter.

Sorry, misunderstood.
Have you tried using organizations?

I've created one organization group and it is working fine, But the problem is I want to share only one request type with all users.
Is there any automated way when a request is created under "Incident request "type then it should be shared with others.

Hi,
I would go with including a post function to set the organization to (All Customers - assuming that's the name of the org which includes all users) in that workflow (only for that issue type if many)
