how to transfer jira service desk to other new account

I have a jira service desk account now i want to transfer it to other account.

need help how to do this.

Hi Venu K,

There are two options in this case.

1 - If you are already using the new instance and don't want to wipe all data, you can export the issues and import to your new instance. On Jira Cloud, it's possible only to import issues, not the whole project. So choosing this option projects, users and configuration won't be imported.

2 - If your new instance doesn't have important data, was only used for test, for example, you can create a site backup of your current instance and import to the new one, so all projects, issues, users/customers and configuration will be imported as well.
To create a site backup you must go to Jira Settings > System > Backup manager > Create backup for cloud.
