The first thing I would ask myself is why would Atlassian use a different domain for their recruitment emails ?

The domain is parked, which makes it even more suspicious.

Based on that, I would say this is not legitimate.

As far as I can tell, @Lokesh Samudrala, probably not!

Did you apply for something? If so, look for the confirmation that you did get from Atlassian. If not, even more reason to be wary.
