Hello;
we have a customer channel board where the customers go in and add issues , they want to be able to order the items chronologically and show a priority column for the items. How an i add this for them.

Hello, By "customer board" do you mean the Requests page on the portal? If so, then you cannot customize it to show Priority or sort issues. To do that you will need an add-on like the one we created - Advanced Portal Reports for Jira Service Desk. Cheers, Boyan
