Hello,

If you are using JIRA Service Desk on-premise (server version) then, you can't at the moment as per this open issue at Atlassian's : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-819

However, if you're on JIRA Service Desk on-demand (cloud version), then you can have a look at this kb : https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/translating-your-customer-portal-and-supporting-multiple-languages-886180551.html
