I am trying to measure the level of satisfaction of my clients, but i dont want to do it through a survey. I would like to do it in the workflow just as soon the ticket has been solved, this is possible? and has someone done it?
I dont want use surveys, beacuse not all the clients take their time to complete it. There is any way to force them?
If you're using ScriptRunner, you could use a scripted workflow validator to force them to answer a few survey questions (JIRA fields) and block the transition's completion until they've done so.
This few survey questions need another plugin? for example Customer Survay?
We are testing this add-on, nonetheless...not all the customer are interesting to assess our attention service.
That's why we are searching to force them, at least a number of times.

If it's very few questions, I wouldn't get an add-on for them. I would just create JIRA custom fields that acted as questions. For instance, a custom field like...
Field Name: Satisfaction
Field Description (text beneath field): Rate your level of satisfaction from 1-5
Field Options: 1,2,3,4,5
But if you had the need for many questions an add-on would be a good idea.
