reusing fields created for projects in other project request type creation

Good Evening fellow Atlassians

Just a quick question .

Is it possible to reuse a field that I have created within one project's request type in another projects request type?

I have already been advised that I can't use request types between other projects. I wanted to know if this applies for the fields as well.

There shouldn't be any problem in reusing fields between projects.

Thanks for the response Krzysztof,

Apparently since my projects are next Generation and I cant clone the projects or the request types between them it also means I cant copy/clone my fields between them as well.

Quite frustrating.
