The incoming mail for our Service Desk is handled by a POP connection. I need to use the mail handling in JIRA SD to filter out email that is COPIED (CC) to a specific account.
Any suggestions on how to do this?
Depending on your mail service, you may be able to configure an Inbox rule that would move the message to another folder before the Service Desk handler has a chance to retrieve it.
